Portfolio summary
This portfolio of student work shows that the student can evaluate how artists can influence each other across cultures, time and place. The student can analyse the visual conventions and practices that connect cultures and create hybrid artworks and art forms.
The student makes artwork informed by their research and responses to other artists’ work in other times and places. They explore and adapt visual conventions, techniques and processes to convey meaning in their own hybrid artworks. They evaluate and reflect on choices made to display their artwork, and analyse audience responses to it.
