Portfolio summary
This portfolio of student work shows that the student can evaluate how artists can influence each other across cultures, time and place. The student can analyse some visual conventions and practices that connect cultures and create hybrid artworks and art forms.
The student makes artwork in response to their research of other artists’ work in other times and places. They use visual conventions, techniques and processes to convey meaning in their own hybrid artworks. They reflect on choices made to display their artwork, and analyse audience responses to it.
