This portfolio of student work shows that the student can identify changes in individual needs as they have grown from a baby (WS5) and identify emotions (WS6). The student cooperates with another child by working together to define a playing area (WS4) and can describe how to keep themselves healthy (WS1, WS6) and safe (WS6) in a variety of familiar settings. The student performs object control skills of pushing and trapping a ball to maintain a rally with a partner (WS4) and is able to perform fundamental skills of running, dodging and jumping to avoid a moving shadow (WS3). The student explains how their body responds to physical activity (WS1) and creates, performs and describes simple and safe balances (WS2).
